Not hard, you need a few minutes at most, read the guide and download all the files that you will need, then just follow the steps. If you’re not going to use PSN for online games or else, it’s very safe. Just to be sure you’re aware of things like vita-bricking vpks and the risk of, again, vita-bricking ban from Sony in case you use PSN and not being very cautious.
